1. Personal data we process

You can browse amlify.ai without providing personal data. Personal data is processed when you actively submit information to us, and when the website is delivered to your device.

• Contact form: first name, last name, company, email address and, optionally, phone number and your message.
• Demo requests: name, company, work email and, optionally, job role, industry, organisation size, current systems, main challenge and message.
• Any other personal data you choose to include voluntarily in a form or in an email to us.
• Necessary technical data required to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address and standard request information processed by our hosting provider.

2. Why we process personal data

• To answer enquiries submitted through the contact form.
• To arrange and follow up demo requests and related conversations.
• To deliver, operate and secure the website.

3. Legal bases

• Contact form and demo requests: our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and where relevant steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Necessary technical data for delivering and securing the website: our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Cookies and browser storage

The public website does not use analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking technologies. It uses only strictly necessary and functional browser storage, described in our Cookie Policy.

If analytics or other non-essential technologies are introduced in the future, this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated and consent will be obtained where required before any such technology is activated.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data. Personal data submitted through the website is shared only with service providers that process it on our behalf, and where we are legally required to disclose it.

• Our hosting and cloud platform provider, which delivers the website and stores form submissions.
• Our email delivery provider, used to send contact form messages to contact@amlify.ai.

6. Retention

Enquiries and demo requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and are deleted when no longer required.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority.

8. How to exercise your rights

Email contact@amlify.ai with your request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we will respond within the time limits set by the GDPR.

9. Data controller

The Upskill Company AB is the data controller for the processing of personal data described in this Privacy Policy.
